Through our Social Infrastructure Development and Investment (SIDI) program, we provide public and quasi-public entities with alternative financing options for both new and existing capital projects. Our program is designed to be flexible and can be tailored to accommodate most requirements. For a typical project, SIDI will provide 100% of the necessary capital while shifting a significant amount of risk onto the private sector and generating a cost savings of 7-15%.
